To cancel your subscription:
Note: These are the steps to cancel the JUKUSUI Premium subscription in the Google Play Store 25.0 for the Android phone. In other version, the way of cancel subscription are different. If you have questions or need further assistance, contact Google.
| Step 1 | Tap “Play Store” to open the Google Play Store on your Android phone. |

| Step 2 | Tap MENU at the top left of the screen. |
| Step 3 | Check if you're signed in to the same Google Account when you purchased JUKUSUI Premium. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" on the menu. |
| Step 4 | Tap “Subscriptions” on the menu. |
| Step 5 | You can check JUKUSUI Premium subscription and its renewal date here. Select the JUKUSUI subscription that you want to cancel. |
| Step 6 | Tap “Cancel subscription” at the bottom of the screen. |
| Step 7 | Google may ask if you want to pause the subscription. Tap "No thanks" to confirm that you want to cancel the subscription. |
| Step 8 | Google will ask you why you decided to cancel your subscription. Check one reason and tap "Continue" at the bottom of the screen. |
| Step 9 | Tap “Cancel subscription” to confirm. |
| Step 10 | Your subscription has been canceled. The expired date will be shown on the screen. Remember that you can still use your subscription until the current subscription period ends. |
Still having trouble?
If you cannot find JUKUSUI on STEP 5, you have not signed in to the same Google Account when you purchased JUKUSUI Premium. If you need further assistance, contact Google Support at Google Play Help Center.
Important Notes
JUKUSUI Premium will be renewed around the same time as you purchased the subscription. You can find your renewal date on the subscription page, but the renewal time is not 11:59 p.m. on the last date of the effective period. If you want to cancel JUKUSUI Premium, make sure to submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
