Restart your device
The alarm may not go off because the OS may be unstable. Accordingly, if your alarm did not go off, try restarting your device first.
Refrain from using other apps while logging your sleep
You need to place your phone face down next to your pillow after tapping the Bedtime button. Please note that the alarm may not ring if you do the following steps after tapping the Bedtime button:
- Press the home button
- Open other apps
- Press the power button to put the device into sleep mode
Use the latest version
JUKUSUI has been updated to address problems that occur in response to various systems and environmental changes. If you are using an old version of the app, the alarm may not go off due to a malfunction. So please make sure that you are using the latest version.
Check your iPod sound
It is possible to set an iPod sound as an Alarm sound, but if you set an iPod sound that is not supported by JUKUSUI, the alarm will not ring. The iPod sound that is not supported by JUKUSUI cannot be preview-played on the screen when you set an alarm sound. Be careful when setting iPod sound.
Check the alarm volume on JUKUSUI
Make sure that the alarm volume is not zero in Alarm Settings. If you set the alarm volume to zero, the alarm may not ring. On JUKUSUI, the alarm rings at the volume you set in Alarm Settings regardless of the volume on your device.
Conversely, no matter how much you raise the alarm volume of the device, the alarm will not ring if the volume of Alarm Settings on the app is zero.
