This app shows you "the best sleep rhythm", which means "the best bedtime and wake-up rhythm" and "the best hours in bed". Sleep Debt shown in Analysis is calculated, based on the best hours in bed shown on this screen.
Best Sleep Rhythm
The left side of the green box shows the best bedtime and wake-up rhythm and the right side suggests the best hours in bed. Tap Edit to move to the next page below.
When "Use app's predictions" is activated:
The bedtime and wake-up rhythm shown on the "Use app's predictions" will be reflected as the best sleep rhythm (you can't change the time). This prediction is automatically calculated based on the "feeling on awakening" you added to the sleep log and is updated each time.
When "Use app's predictions" is deactivated:
The bedtime and wake-up rhythm you manually added will be reflected as the best sleep rhythm. If the prediction doesn't match your feeling or if you want to fix the best sleep rhythm to settings, enter your own bedtime and wake-up time after disabling the prediction (The hours in bed will automatically be calculated).
If you enter the time manually, enter your ideal times to go to bed and wake up. We recommend that you set an ideal sleep rhythm that lets you wake up refreshed and keep your performance without feeling sleepy during the day.
Early awakenings to alarms
This screen shows how many times you woke up with an alarm more than 30 minutes before the best wake-up time for the past 30 days (The result may vary based on the best sleep rhythm described above). You tend to wake up feeling bad because you have to wake up with the alarm when you still want to sleep. This can be a hint for you to know the gap between the best sleep rhythm and your actual waking up.
Your Chronotype
We will show your chronotype if the best sleep rhythm matches your biological clock. The result will vary based on the best sleep rhythm described above.
