JUKUSUI & Connection Service
JUKUSUI installed on your smartphone may be connected to Cloud Service or App Platform. Please be mindful of the connection when you stop using the JUKUSUI app.
JUKUSUI Native App
This is the main app installed on your smartphone. To stop using this app, basically, you need to uninstall or delete this app from your smartphone.
Additionally, if you have signed up for Cloud Service, you are required to delete your cloud account before uninstalling.
If you have registered as a JUKUSUI Premium member, you need to cancel JUKUSUI Premium separately (see below).
Cloud Service
This service is free and securely stores your Sleep Log on a dedicated server via the Internet (Check here for more details).
You can delete your cloud account on your side. Consequently, your Sleep Log on the server is also removed. Please check this article for more information on how to delete the cloud account.
Please note that, after uninstalling JUKUSUI, you cannot delete your cloud account on your side. When the system determines the app has completely been stopped, however, your account will automatically deleted. The server will not store the data permanently.
App Platforms - App Store & Google Play
Purchase history for JUKUSUI Premium and sounds sold in JUKUSUI is managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
If you have registered as a Premium member, you need to cancel JUKUSUI Premium on your side. Please note that uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel your JUKUSUI Premium membership.
