JUKUSUI has a “Sensor Test” option in MENU. This is to check if the device’s sensor used by the app is working properly.
How does it work?
If the graph in your sleep log shows a wave in the upper part of the screen all the time, there is a possibility of a sensor failure. The sensor failure can be solved by restarting the device, but before you restart it, try to check if it is a sensor failure.
The method is simple. Select Sensor Test in MENU and place it on the desk. If you do not touch the desk or device (no vibration at all), the sensor graph will not respond, as shown in the video below. If you touch the device, the graph will respond significantly.
If the sensor is reacting strongly despite no vibration, it is a sensor failure and you should try restarting the device.
